The ST-12B fully automatic touchscreen sugar meter is an instrument used to measure the optical rotation of substances. By determining the optical rotation of a sample, one can ascertain its concentration, purity, sugar content, or overall content. It is widely applied in various industrial sectors such as sugar manufacturing, petroleum, food, and chemical engineering, as well as in relevant universities and research institutions. It complies with GB/T 35887-2018 "Test Methods for White Sugar", QB/T 5012-2016 "Test Methods for Soft White Sugar", and QB 5010-2016 "Test Methods for Rock Sugar".
Performance characteristics
● LED cold light source instead of traditional sodium lamp and tungsten halogen lamp;
● It can be used for optical rotation, specific rotation, concentration, Brix measurement;
● Built-in Peltier temperature control for improved accuracy and stability.
● LED light sources with a service life of more than 100,000 hours replace traditional sodium lamps and tungsten halogen lamps, making up for the shortcomings of short life and easy damage;
● In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the results, the instrument temperature control technology adopts built-in Peltier instead of the traditional flow cell;
● The measuring range has been upgraded to ±89° (optical rotation), which improves the limitations of the measured sample and improves the selectability of the measurement sample;
● The control adopts systematic, highly integrated, fully automated, convenient and easy to operate;
● The multi-level synchronous search function can be upgraded, and historical data can be retrieved according to test date, sample number, etc.
